Time is Money – Making it Pay Double!
Selling Put Options is a great way to make money life you are waiting for a run-of-the-mill to fall. If the stock never comes withdrawn to where you hunger to okay it, at prime you got paid for waiting!
As we proverb in Time is Money – Making it Pay, if you sell put options more pdq than two standard deviations from the mean, the spell that the options would be exercised, requiring you to buy the stock, is very small – only 2 ½ %. The equivalent technique can also be used for selling Call options.
Call Options are Rights ( but not obligations ) to buy a stock at a certain price in the future. They are the opposite of the Put option which gives the owner the right ( but not the requirement ) to sell a stock at a prearranged price in the future. Just like the Put option, the Call is and a wasting gain in that after a certain amount of time, the option expires and becomes worthless.

Embodied might seem understandable, but in managing a business, it’s important to understand how the business makes a profit. A company needs a good business map and a good profit model. A business sells produce or services and earns a accurate amount of verge on each unit sold. The quantity of units responsive is the sales volume during the reporting period. The business subtracts the amount of fixed expenses whereas the period, which gives them the operating profit before consequence and income tax.
